And this is the result today women’s health is one of the trending topics in the health-conscious community. Today women are considered healthier than men and lead society in every aspect. But in childhood hardly we realize the importance of healthy food items and we easily get attracted to lip-smacking but unhealthy burgers, pizzas, fries, etc.

Nutrient wise broccoli is a Vitamin C-rich food item that can fulfill the requirement of Vitamin C for a day. Besides, it contains antioxidants that protect the body from foreign bacteria and viruses by strengthening the immune system. Eat it raw like any fruit and chew it properly, or make a smoothie or even enjoy a dry fruit bar.

But do not eat dry fruits in unlimited amounts, keep a check on them. This is because an excess of dry fruits means you have taken an excess of a high-energy diet. This will lead to a disturbed stomach causing loose motion or intense stomach pain. In extreme cases, it can damage your kidney.
